DuPont-Mitsui Polychemicals Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hitoshi Tachino) is pleased to announce that it has decided to change its trade name (company name) as follows.

1. New company name Dow-Mitsui Polychemicals Company, Ltd.

2. Date of change April 1, 2019

Due to the company split of the US-based DowDuPont, the Materials Science Division that is responsible for the business areas of the Company will become The Dow Chemical Company. As one of the Company's shareholders will change from DuPont to Dow as a result of this change, the Company's name will be changed as follows. Under the new company name, we will continue to inherit the technological and solution capabilities we have cultivated to date, while striving to achieve further growth as a trusted partner of our customers based on the outstanding innovation and value creation capabilities of the Dow Group.
